The role
We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our extraordinary team. What you’ll do
Be proactive in identifying and developing sources of potential clients to expand our market reach.
Take the lead in managing the sales process from generation stage all the way through to close.
Contact potential clients to promote Howden and obtain their insurance information to support in negotiations with insurers.
Develop strong relationships with all insurers and build a strong reputation within the industry.
Work closely with the account management team to effectively transition accounts post binding.
Participate in training and development focused on the core skills required for the role.
Be part of a dynamic and constantly evolving environment with lots of learning opportunities.
