What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Tracking market trends in energy transition and leveraging insights to generate sales.

Identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the industrial refrigeration and heating sectors.

Developing strong relationships with energy consultants and ESCOs.

Managing client requests and creating strategic sales plans for future growth.

Collaborating with internal teams and providing regular updates using CRM tools.

Promoting SABROE products across industrial cooling and heating applications.

Traveling extensively (up to 70%) across the UK and Ireland and occasionally to our production site in Aarhus, Denmark.

Expanding your network at industry events and trade fairs locally and internationally.

What We’re Looking For

A proactive, results-driven professional with B2B sales experience (energy sector preferred).

Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.

A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.

A well-connected individual with a network in the energy industry.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

A degree in engineering or a similar field.

Technical understanding and passion for the energy sector.
