Job summary

Active Personnel in Kings Hill is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the industrial temps recruitment agenda. You will develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on UK coverage while aligning with the Kent region strategy.

The role offers a base salary of £35,000–£45,000, plus a generous bonus scheme and a car allowance, with option to work from home and potential for senior title for exceptional candidates.

Based from my client's Kings Hill Kent Branch and on the road

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 basic (dependent on experience) + bonus scheme + car allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on industrial, manufacturing temp A-Z business within the Kent region
• Build a robust client base nationally or locally, leveraging your existing network and contacts.
• Collaborate closely with the Directors focusing on new business growth.
• Balance new A-Z business development with managing long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing success.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience and client wins in recruitment within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in temps and winning new accounts
• Established contacts within these industries and a proven ability to hit the ground running.
• Strong track record of building and nurturing relationships with A- Z business and large clients.
• A self-starter with a strategic approach to business development.
• Based in or around Kings Hill Kent to facilitate engagement with the company's core business areas.
