The role of the business development manager is to support the Account management Team to help increase the numbers of trading customers and increase the profitability of existing ones, market all relevant products and service offerings throughout a named account list. To proactively uncover, understand and record all the key projects and initiatives defining an Account Plan to enable the company to win as much relevant business as possible., ensure financial targets are met. To liaise with other departments to make sure customer’s requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively, regardless of whether you are in direct control of the issue, achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout the Phoenix sales lifecycle To have a comprehensive understanding of the market place and our competitors, to take responsibility for supporting team members and offering guidance whenever necessary in order to promote opportunities to succeed. To be held in high regard with customers and colleagues, proactively and thorough deal with all customer enquiries, in a timely manner To take pride in maintaining the highest levels of customers satisfaction, dealing with every aspect of the role in a professional and diligent manner.To support the Account Management Team with customer engagement via calls, Face to face meeting, exhibitions and events etc |
