  • Job Title: National Business Development Manager

  • Location: Field Based, UK Wide
  • Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
  • Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities:

  • Analysing current market dynamics and competition
  • Monitoring product performance and market share
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for portfolio growth
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
  • Managing tender processes
  • Creating and implementing pricing strategies
  • Leading conversations with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Developing clinical training programmes for both internal and external teams
  • Providing expert clinical support to the sales team
  • Accompanying sales teams on key customer visits
  • Attending relevant events and exhibitions

What you need to succeed:

  • A successful track record of selling into the NHS
  • An extensive working knowledge of spinal products
  • A self-started with the ability to work autonomously
  • Confidence building strong relationships with both key stakeholders
  • A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across the UK
