Business Development Manager

Incredible opportunity to earn life-changing money with an uncapped commission scheme, realistic Year 1 earnings of £100,000+, company car, and excellent benefits.

This is a field-based role; applicants must be able to travel into Central London daily.

Peninsula offers a fantastic opportunity for a field-based Business Development Manager to develop new B2B business from scratch, from initial networking to closing deals. You will source and meet potential new clients through various business development channels, selling Peninsula's consultancy services and helping SMEs manage their staff more easily and safely.

We provide an exceptional uncapped commission scheme, with realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (comprising a basic salary of £30,000, a £30,000 top-up, and commission). Year 2 earnings depend on your efforts. You will also receive a benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or a £5,000 car allowance.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with business owners.
  • A focused work ethic and motivation, with a willingness to leave no stone unturned.
  • A structured sales approach, with effective preparation and planning.
  • Adaptability to learn a new industry; sector experience isn't essential as we provide comprehensive training. An open mindset and willingness to learn are key.
  • A professional approach to every business interaction, whether by phone, in person, or at networking events. Delivering the best professional service starts with the first introduction.
  • Experience in consultative field sales is essential.
