Dow Jones is seeking an Account Manager for Corporate Subscriptions to grow our existing book of business, prospect for new customers, and drive retention and revenue expansion. You will manage renewals, upsell, and cross-sell within enterprise clients, leveraging Salesforce to monitor pipeline health and account performance.
This role combines hunter and farmer skills, requires strong relationship-building abilities, and reports to the Sales Director.
