Being a Business Development Manager in a 360 sales role requires the right attributes.

Confident on the phone, able to overcome objections, possess strong prospecting skills, good communication and admin skills, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

Client

My client is a PropTech company seeking to expand their Business Development Management team to grow the business.

They are an evolving company with an incredible product.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage with Estate Agents in your area
  2. Conduct outreach campaigns, mainly through cold calling supported by emails and LinkedIn messages
  3. Convert self-generated leads to demos
  4. Carry out demos and convert to customers
  5. Onboard customers, ensuring they are set up and utilizing the platform

Relationship Management

  1. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
  2. Act as a key contact for client queries
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to refine client services

Reporting

  1. Track and report KPIs to the Senior Leadership Team to meet targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  1. Experience in UK Real Estate or PropTech (preferred)
  2. Comfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing deals (essential)
