We’re working with a rapidly growing payments company offering a complete end-to-end solution, gateway, acquiring, and processing. They’re now looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to help accelerate merchant acquisition across the UK.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new merchant opportunities, selling a market-leading payments solution that’s built to scale with modern businesses. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders and have the support, training, and mentorship to progress quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prospect and convert new UK merchant opportunities
Sell tailored payment acquiring solutions across any and all industry verticals, across the UK, Europe and Asia.
Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors
Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales journey
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years’ experience in payments acquiring sales
A proven track record of closing new business with merchants
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
Based in or near London, with flexibility for hybrid working
