Salary £30,000 - £40,000/annum + Uncapped OTE, Gym, Company Trips

Location: Bracknell, Bracknell Forest

Business Development Manager - IT Hardware Sales

Our client, a leading international IT hardware solutions provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their high-performing sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven IT sales professional to maximize earning potential while working with one of the largest IT hardware stock inventories in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive new business growth by generating sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  2. Sell a wide range of IT hardware solutions, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and components, to businesses across the UK and internationally.
  3. Leverage the support of a proactive marketing team to engage prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
  4. Transition into a hybrid role combining business development and account management to ensure sustained revenue growth through repeat business.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in sales, ideally in IT sales or business development management.
  • Experience in account management is advantageous but not essential; ongoing training and coaching are provided by an in-house sales trainer.
  • A history of exceeding sales targets with tangible evidence of achievements.
  • Industry experience in IT hardware or electronics; previous experience selling HP, Lenovo, or Dell hardware is a plus.
  • A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships and growing revenue.
