Job Title: Business Development Manager – Industrial Automation

Location: Remote (UK-wide)

About the Role:

Join a global leader in industrial automation, specializing in advanced mechatronic solutions. As Business Development Manager, you’ll drive growth in the UK market by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions in motion control, geared motors, servo drives, and electromechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and win new business in industrial automation, with a focus on motion control, variable speed drives, servo applications, and geared motors.
• Engage OEMs, system integrators, and key industrial sectors through strategic sales and solution-based selling.
• Lead project acquisition, presenting automation technologies that deliver measurable impact.
• Build long-term relationships and expand the customer base across target industries.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to increase market presence.

Requirements:

• Engineering or technical background in Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
• Proven track record in industrial automation sales, especially in motion control and drive technologies.
• Strong technical acumen in electromechanics, with experience in OEM sales and intralogistics a plus.
• Driven, self-motivated, and skilled in consultative selling and relationship-building.
