Stone Studio is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its customer base and revenue from its HQ in Cardiff. The role blends proactive outreach, digital marketing and day-to-day order follow-up, while line-managing the Business Support Assistant to keep quotations, orders and customer accounts running smoothly.

You will identify and win new business opportunities, travel to meet clients and events where required with mileage covered, and drive growth with a hands‑on, target‑driven

The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing Stone Studio's customer base and revenue, and for line-managing the Business Support Assistant to keep quotations, orders and customer accounts running smoothly. This is a hands-on, target-driven role that combines generating new business through proactive outreach and digital marketing with day-to-day oversight of order follow-up and the Business Support Assistant , ensuring a smooth path from first enquiry through to sale and delivery.
