Business Development Manager Field Based / Remote Up to £60k OTE £120k + Car

The Business:

A commercial renewable energy solutions provider who operates across the UK have continued to grow over the last few years. Switching from small-scale projects to large multi-site commercial projects.

They aim to combat climate change by working with businesses that want to reduce their CO2 emissions. For most they don t know their options and what can be achieved. They work with their clients to understand what they want to achieve and how they can make it happen.

With over 50 years in business, their knowledge and expertise across the business are top-notch. This is will clients are choosing to partner with them.
They have a strong culture ingrained within the business, a good set of values and a positive ethos. Treating both employees and clients with the respect they deserve. With a big focus on growth, both individually and as a business, there is a lot of opportunity here for everyone.

The Opportunity:

As a Business Development Manager, you ll be responsible for winning new business through your own lead generation activities. By coming from the industry, you ll be well-placed to know what the best channels are to do this: calls, virtual meetings, networking, emailing and many others efforts.

You ll forge close relationships to understand potential projects for the future or gauge interest with potential organisations. From here, you ll discuss technical aspects both with your clients and with the design team, this could be across multiple meetings, both face to face a virtually.

From here, your aim is to win and develop relationships to grow the brand and drive revenue.

We re looking for someone within the industry, is both technical, commercial and resilient. Someone with a positive attitude, a driven mindset and ambitious goals.
