Location: Hybrid (with visits to our Hertfordshire office)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the industrial door sector? Do you thrive on building relationships and closing high-value deals? If so, we want to hear from you.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the Southeast, London, Midlands, and North. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company that rewards performance with a generous, uncapped commission structure.

Key requirements:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the industrial door sector.
  • Generate leads through Glenigan and industry contacts.
  • Build relationships with contractors and secure approved supplier status.
  • Present to key decision-makers and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Manage leads and track performance using our CRM system.
  • Prepare detailed, tailored quotations for clients.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience selling industrial roller shutters, sectional doors, steel fire and security doors.
  • Knowledge of automatic doors is an advantage.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to sales—not reliant on price selling.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, including board-level engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and generate leads through research and networking.
