Business Development Manager Required in West Midlands region

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with Saturday coverage required subject to business demand.
  • Learning development pathway mapped out within a prestigious dealer group.

As part of their business expansion, our client, a network of manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailers with over 1,500 employees nationwide, is seeking a Business Development Manager in the West Midlands area. This role involves reporting to the Area Sales Manager and working across multiple centers in the region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining accounts, and growing the customer base.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
  • To create and deliver on a sales strategy to consistently increase sales revenues from mechanical customers whilst maintaining a loyal customer base
  • Identify, secure and develop new customer accounts within territory
  • Effectively manage your time to maximise opportunities from customer visits
  • Achieve target KPI's and revenue objectives in your territory
