Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Lead for an electromechanical services client in Cheddar. You will handle inbound enquiries, generate opportunities from dormant and new accounts, create quotes, and proactively chase orders from an on-site base in Cheddar.

This role offers full training from sales, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with progression opportunities and company benefits.

Office Based: Commutable from Cheddar, Weston-Super-Mare, Wells, Bridgwater, Bristol and surrounding areas

Are you from a Sales background looking to make the switch into a Business Development role with full industry training provided as well as a great work-life balance in this Monday-Friday based role within a close-knit team?

This is a secure, permanent position within a well-established electromechanical services business, where you'll be trusted to take ownership of sales and customer enquiries day-to-day. You'll be supported with the structure, tools and benefits to do the job properly and consistently.

You'll be joining a specialist engineering organisation working with rotating equipment and power transmission components, known for providing repair and sourcing solutions. This is a business that values customer service, accuracy and doing what you say you'll do.

In this role you'll handle inbound enquiries, generate new opportunities from dormant and new accounts, create and issue quotations, and proactively chase orders, quotes and purchase orders from an on-site base in Cheddar.

This role suits someone from a sales background looking to make the switch into a more Business Development focussed role with stability, a steady routine and a long-term home in a permanent, on-site position.
