Business Development Lead

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum circa

Our client is seeking a focused and driven sales professional with a deep understanding of Six Sigma supply chains and experience with BANT methodology. This global company supports numerous well-known enterprises with complex supply needs across sectors such as food, packaging, beverage, and chemicals. They offer a bespoke, tailored service comprising industry-leading software solutions combined with top-tier consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Be technology inclined.

Key requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or experience in continuous improvement.
  • BA/BS in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration with an emphasis on supply chain, finance, or accounting.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience selling software to manufacturing and supply chain organizations is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • 7+ years of consultative sales experience.
  • Ability to drive complex, timely sales processes.
  • Previous use of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain optimization.
