Elite Personnel in Birmingham North is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business for the agency’s recruitment team. This pure BD role focuses on identifying and approaching potential clients, winning vacancies, and building long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and directors.

The role offers either full-time or part-time hours, with immediate start and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to win new business and develop accounts.
• Experience in recruitment or a related sales role is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and attending events.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach potential clients.
• Win temporary and permanent recruitment vacancies for the agency.
• Make outbound business development calls and attend events.
• Build relationships with businesses across sectors and speak with decision-makers.
• Negotiate terms and arrange meetings to introduce recruitment services.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to fill vacancies you generate.
• Work towards new-business targets and KPIs.
