Job summary

Flourish in Leicester is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture client relationships to fuel growth.

You will engage prospects via phone, email, social channels, and in-person meetings, maintain CRM data, and work towards team sales targets with uncapped commission. Committed onboarding supports rapid development and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence engaging with prospective customers.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities
