Job summary

Confidential in Northampton is seeking a Business Development Executive (Office Based) to generate and close multi-million-pound construction projects. You will prospect via cold calls and emails, supported by leads from lead generators, and coordinate with the estimating team throughout the process.

Offer includes a salary range of 30,000–35,000 with 60k–65k OTE, commission, progression, training and company benefits. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with potential to lead future sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or similar roles.
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment.

Responsibilities

Are you a Business Development Executive or similar looking to join a rapidly growing business offering a generously paid commission structure alongside scope to manage and run your own sales teams in the future?

In this office-based role you will be working within a tight-knit sales team to generate and close a range of multi-million-pound construction projects. You will generate new business through cold calls and emails, alongside receiving leads from lead generators, from this you will be responsible for closing the deals and liaising with the estimating department throughout.

This construction specialist business offers a range of fa ade delivery services, from installation services and design, they can manage residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.

This role would suit a Business Development Executive or similar looking to enhance their earnings within a rapidly growing business.
