National Skills Agency Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Orpington, United Kingdom. The role offers a base salary of £29,500 plus commission, with OTE £45,000, and focuses on generating new business and building client relationships within the apprenticeship and construction sectors.

You will identify opportunities, make outbound calls, arrange meetings, and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets while nurturing existing clients for further opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in a BDE/BDM or sales-focused role is advantageous.
• Confident communicating with prospective clients over the phone and face-to-face.
• Proactive, motivated and target-driven approach.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine desire to succeed.
• Experience within apprenticeships, education, recruitment or construction would be beneficial, but is not essential.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive (BDE) on behalf of a fantastic client operating within the apprenticeship and construction sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious and commercially minded individual to join a growing business, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients.
