Job summary

Baltic is seeking driven Business Development Executives to join their Darlington, North East team. The role is office-based with hybrid potential after probation, focused on employer engagement, generating opportunities and promoting apprenticeship programmes.

The successful candidate will drive the sales pipeline, build relationships with senior stakeholders and work toward defined monthly targets within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales or business development environment.
• Track record of meeting targets and managing a sales pipeline.
• Customer-focused, resilient and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across a wide range of industries for apprenticeship and training solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers using a consultative approach.
• Own your sales pipeline from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Use LinkedIn, CRM and sales intelligence tools to identify opportunities and develop your personal brand.
• Create and deliver tailored proposals and presentations demonstrating value of programmes.
• Collaborate with Sales Development team and wider business to maximise opportunities and deliver a great customer experience.
• Consistently work towards monthly sales targets and KPIs.
