About the Role

You will be responsible for creating New Business opportunities, kick starting long‑term profitable relationships within the Corporate Market industry.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of driving growth across three key areas: developing deep expertise in the Corporate space to differentiate from competitors, proactively acquiring new customers by targeting and engaging strategic accounts, and expanding product adoption within our existing client base. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, showcase the value of our solutions, and drive product growth through your specialist knowledge and customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution: Drive direct sales to new and existing customers within assigned territory or accounts.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement plans to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain direct contact with clients, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track opportunities, forecast accurately, and report progress.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Requirements
  • Have a strong track record in direct sales or business development, balancing target achievement with excellent customer experience.
  • Be curious and have a customer‑first mindset, with the ability to quickly understand complex needs and solutions.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and sales cycles.
  • Be a confident communicator and relationship builder, with experience in contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of business financials and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with partnership‑driven sales models.
  • Understanding of technical and non‑technical product portfolios.
