Job summary

Citation is hiring a Business Development Consultant for New Business in Glasgow. You will drive outbound B2B sales, identify client needs, and present citation solutions to help organisations operate safely and compliantly.

Based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working, you’ll build a pipeline, book appointments for the field team, and strive to exceed KPIs in a fast-growing UK HR, health & safety, employment law, and ISO compliance leader.

The Role

As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll be a vital part of our new business growth engine. You’ll connect with business leaders, uncover their challenges, and introduce them to Citation’s solutions that help organisations operate safely, compliantly, and successfully.
