The Portfolio Group is seeking an Entry Level Sales Executive in Glasgow, on-site. Base salary (GBP 25,000) plus uncapped commission with significant earning potential and bonuses. Guaranteed monthly commission during initial period, with OTE £35k–£40k+ for top performers.

The role suits recent graduates or people with hospitality backgrounds who excel at speaking to new people and building rapport. Housing a dynamic, fast-paced environment and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Experience speaking with customers or clients is a plus.
• Hospitality or front-of-house background helps with client interaction.
• Recent graduates welcome and supported to develop sales skills.

Responsibilities
