Net2Source is looking for a Business Development Executive
Location: Remote from UK (Candidate must be local to UK)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the President to execute strategic and tactical sales plans that promote long-term profitable growth.
- Research prospects, initiate contacts (phone calls, letters, emails), and build relationships with prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings.
- Write proposals and collaborate with internal teams to establish pricing aligned with the company's financial goals.
- Follow up with clients via calls/emails, set appointments, and deliver formal sales presentations to secure new business accounts.
- Develop sales presentation materials tailored to client needs and log activities in the company's CRM system.
- Use consultative sales strategies to overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure client satisfaction and transition accounts smoothly to the service team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- 3-5 years of staffing industry experience, with at least 2 years in sales or business development selling staffing services.
- Experience with consultative, solutions-based selling.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sales presentation skills and ability to persuade.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, comfortable working in a quota-driven environment.
- Understanding of financial data and statistical analysis.
- Positive attitude, self-confidence, and trustworthiness.
- Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
