Job description

Net2Source is looking for a Business Development Executive
Location: Remote from UK (Candidate must be local to UK)

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the President to execute strategic and tactical sales plans that promote long-term profitable growth.
  2. Research prospects, initiate contacts (phone calls, letters, emails), and build relationships with prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings.
  3. Write proposals and collaborate with internal teams to establish pricing aligned with the company's financial goals.
  4. Follow up with clients via calls/emails, set appointments, and deliver formal sales presentations to secure new business accounts.
  5. Develop sales presentation materials tailored to client needs and log activities in the company's CRM system.
  6. Use consultative sales strategies to overcome objections, negotiate, and close deals.
  7. Coordinate with service staff to ensure client satisfaction and transition accounts smoothly to the service team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
  • 3-5 years of staffing industry experience, with at least 2 years in sales or business development selling staffing services.
  • Experience with consultative, solutions-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sales presentation skills and ability to persuade.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, comfortable working in a quota-driven environment.
  • Understanding of financial data and statistical analysis.
  • Positive attitude, self-confidence, and trustworthiness.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
