What you’ll bring to the table:

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for taking ownership of all scales of new client opportunities with more of a focus on larger enterprises from initial contact through to close. As a result, you will need to be able to:

  • Build great relationships - Really get to know and understand executive leaders and buyers across business functions and technology Help clients in addressing their core challenges by providing innovative solutions and encouraging them to rethink their strategies in digital and software development that drive their business outcomes
  • Understand the professional services landscape by bringing a wider business and technology perspective. Be aware of the technical and business environments, identifying both challenges and opportunities.Win new clients as part of a team - Take the lead on opportunities from initial contact to close. Navigate complex environments, pulling together multiple strings to close effectively.

To do that, it’s essential that you bring the following:

  • Demonstrable Enterprise Business Development experience in consulting, technology professional services
  • Referenceable track record of winning complex deals across enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Relationship Management skills - very strong at building relationships with our alliance partners and clients quickly and following a well organised collaborative way
  • Practical knowledge in the areas of digital products, data and AI strategy and business transformation
  • Demonstrate expertise in pipeline management by effectively prioritising tasks to consistently fill the top of the funnel while ensuring a steady flow of opportunities reach the final stages of the sales cycle.
  • Credibility in understanding challenges and opportunities faced by executive leaders across business and technology.
