A look into the role

As a Business Development Director, you will:

  • Work with the national marketing team and business leaders on the firm-wide business development strategy for the mid-market sector.
  • Identify and nurture potential client relationships and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across sectors, regions, and service lines to drive market penetration.
  • Engage prospective clients through effective communication and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance market presence.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
