The Role

We are looking to recruit a Business Development Coordinator to support business development initiatives across the organisation. This newly-created role offers an exciting opportunity to support and refine our Business Development activities to drive business growth.

The Business Development Coordinator will: support the development of new business, including managing relevant portals to scan for new requests for proposals; identify and analyse opportunities for suitability; project-manage the bid writing and proposal processes; and liaise with key stakeholders across the business to gather necessary input.

Skills And Experience

You will have at least 3 years of work experience in Business Development or a related field (e.g. fundraising or partnerships). It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of and an interest in the wider environmental and conservation finance sector in your application.

• CRM Sales & Marketing adeptness
• Experience in developing business development strategies, integrating traditional methods with Thought Leadership and event planning to generate leads
• Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Base salary of £34,000 £37,000 (GBP) per annum based on experience
• Up to 10% of salary discretionary annual bonus and discretionary Christmas bonus of up to £1,000
• Opportunity to become a shareholder after 12 months with a potential dividend allowance
