Role Overview:

The successful candidate will support the Executive Producer and Production Executive by managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling contacts and queries. They will serve as the first point of contact in the Cosy Crime team office, managing correspondence, updating reports, databases, and paperwork, and maintaining communication with internal and external contacts at a senior level.

Responsibilities include liaising with programme distributors to arrange artwork and paperwork delivery, organizing publicity images, and creating promotional content such as EPKs and social media materials through self-shooting and interviewing cast members. The role also involves handling confidential information, preparing presentations for meetings, organizing awards and workshops, and managing travel arrangements.

Additionally, the candidate will coordinate IT setup for new starters and freelancers by liaising with the IT department.
