Job Responsibilities

• Generating a pipeline of new business through a consultative sales approach from a range of SME businesses.
• Building strong networks and awareness of the company's Apprenticeship Training offer by attending and presenting at networking events and seminars.
• Creating engaging and effective vacancy advertisements.
• Producing costed quotations and proposals to secure apprenticeship contracts.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry funding, eligibility, legislation, and regional grants.
• Scheduling regular contact with current employers in person and by telephone to build relationships and increase apprenticeship vacancies.
• Ensuring regular communication with internal stakeholders such as the delivery team.
• Collaborating with Marketing to provide content for e-marketing and social media activities.
• Recording all meetings and customer contacts using the CRM database.
• Creating detailed job specifications and recruitment plans for the Resourcing Team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and a successful track record in recruitment sales or selling apprenticeships.
