Job Description:

This is a great opportunity to join a leading industrial automation equipment supplier as a Business Development Consultant covering the North East Region. The successful candidate must reside in or near Newcastle and be able to work from home.

Applicants should demonstrate growth in previous business development or sales roles, with knowledge of supply chain specialists, automation solutions including pneumatic assemblies and components, and electrical drives.

The role involves managing a mix of official partners, with a primary focus on driving end-user and regional OEM business. Candidates should have a vocational qualification in business or engineering, along with an engineering HNC/Degree or higher. Previous external sales experience in industrial sales is required; experience with manufacturers or distributors is advantageous.

National overnight stays may be necessary as required.
