Itad is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer in Brighton to help win and deliver high-quality work across international clients. You will track opportunities, coordinate bids and drafts with technical teams, and maintain strong client records.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, bid coordination or proposal support.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Structured, process-driven working style and good judgment.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Desirable: CRM/pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, qualification and tracking of new business opportunities.
• Coordinate bid and proposal development processes from opportunity assessment through to submission.
• Draft and compile high-quality proposal content in collaboration with technical teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, client and opportunity records and contribute to reporting.
• Support pre-positioning activity with priority clients and partners.
• Contribute to account planning and market analysis for strategic clients.
• Help strengthen Itad’s business development systems, processes and ways of working.
