Salary: £24,500 + £6,000-£8,000 Annual Commission

About Our Client

Our client has been established for 70 years and is recognized as one of the UK's leading off-site construction and modular building specialists. They deliver innovative, fast-track building solutions manufactured to the highest standards, with zero waste to landfill, across sectors including healthcare, education, construction, infrastructure, and residential.

Responsibilities
  1. Focus on winning new business and onboarding new customers.
  2. Set and manage pricing strategies and margins within your customer base.
  3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the Design team, global manufacturing partners, and Marketing.
Candidate Profile

The ideal Business Development Manager/Sales Account Manager will have:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or Business Development Manager, preferably within the construction industry.
  2. Successful track record in securing new business.
  3. Experience working with decision-makers.
  4. Confidence and drive.
