Liberty Towers, based in Twickenham, is seeking a Commercial New Business Executive to join our growing independent insurance brokerage. This role mixes account handling and sales, focusing on developing new business across commercial lines such as Property Owners, Fleet/Motor, PI and Real Estate, with client-facing responsibilities.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Commercial New Business Executive to join a well-established and growing independent insurance brokerage based in Twickenham.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in commercial insurance account handling, broking or client servicing who is looking to take the next step into a more sales-focused role.
You don't need to have extensive experience. We’re looking for someone who understands the commercial insurance market, enjoys speaking with clients and has the ambition and personality to develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships.
The role will focus across a range of commercial insurance lines, including Property Owners, Fleet/Motor, Professional Indemnity (PI) and Real Estate.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, identify opportunities and help develop new business, whilst building your knowledge and commercial skills within a supportive and established brokerage.
We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, personable and confident speaking with clients.
You may currently be working as an Account Handler, Account Executive, Broker or similar within commercial insurance and be looking for an opportunity to move further into new business and sales.
Previous experience in a dedicated new business role is desirable but not essential. The key requirement is a strong commercial mindset and the desire to develop within a sales-focused insurance position.
CII qualifications or a willingness to work towards them would be advantageous.
