ARC is seeking a passionate Business Coordinator to join our on-site team at Doncaster Racecourse. You will work with the regional sales hub and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of racing and non-racing packages.
You will drive sponsorships, manage client relationships, and coordinate with suppliers, while presenting site collateral and maintaining accurate systems. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential for success.

After a £34 million redevelopment, racegoers can enjoy an amazing raceday experience at this world-class venue. At the heart of this new development is an impressive five-storey grandstand. The main stand includes stunning new private hospitality suites, a wide range of places to eat and drink, plus luxury dining experiences.
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Business Coordinator!

You will collaborate with the Business Manager to drive site-based commercial activity, present to clients, host client show-rounds, and coordinate with local suppliers. A key part of the role will involve selling sponsorships, hoardings, and annual boxes, while maintaining and presenting site-specific collateral to a high professional standard and ensuring all systems are kept accurate and up to date.
