Hereford Racecourse is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Part-time Business Coordinator to join our team this September. You will coordinate hospitality bookings, liaise with clients and work closely with sales, operations and delivery teams to ensure every race day and non-race day event runs smoothly.
As the main on-site commercial contact, you’ll build strong client relationships, support invoicing with the finance team and contribute to on-site commercial initiatives.
Hereford Racecourse is a popular racecourse for trainers starting their horse's careers and for prep races ahead of prestigious Festivals later in the season. The course is almost rectangular in shape measuring about 1m 3f around and is widely regarded as a fair, galloping track.
Many a horse has started off a glittering career, most recently Finian's Oscar made a stunning British debut at the track in December 2016.
