Job summary

Doncaster Racecourse and Exhibition Centre in Doncaster is seeking a passionate Hotel Sales Manager to drive the hotel’s commercial success. This MAT cover role focuses on coordinating events, supporting sales, and delivering exceptional client experiences from enquiry to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration or sales, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience within hotels is an advantage.

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Hotel Sales Manager!

About the Role of Hotel Sales Manager (9m MAT Cover)

As our Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of the hotel by supporting sales, coordinating events and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with clients, the sales team and operational departments, you'll manage bookings from enquiry through to completion, ensuring every event is planned and executed to the highest standard.

This varied role combines event coordination, sales support, marketing and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised and thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. You'll also contribute to the hotel's commercial growth through account management, social media, community engagement and promotional activities, helping to strengthen our brand and maximise business opportunities.
