Business Change Lead - London - 12 month contract - Outside IR35 - £600 per day - 3 days a week onsite Central London. Prosci / Adkar.

The Opportunity:
This Public Sector body are going through a significant period of change and are implementing SAP as their main ERP System integrating Finance and HR modules across the organisation. They want a Business Change specialist to bring hearts and minds together as they implement S/4 Hana for all finance, purchasing, sales, environment and health & safety functions. This role is working as part of the Programme Change Team working closely with the technical teams and the individual business units to understand the people aspect of the change programme.

The Role:
You'll play a key role in ensuring that the change impacts people in a positive way, sharing best practise and helping staff to adopt change positively and adapt to both new systems, processes and working practises.
Specifically you'll be responsible for:
- Delivery of the Change Strategy
- Stakeholder engagement, addressing concerns and establishing processes for taking on board and resolving stakeholder feedback
- Development of the change network
- Business Impact Assessment
- Change Coaching
- Readiness Monitoring
- Risk Mitigation

The Person:
The ideal person will be / have:
- Change / Transformation qualified - e.g. Prosci / Adkar or equivalent
- Be an experienced Change / Transformation Consultant or Lead who has delivered successful business change specifically within a Finance Transformation Programme
- Ideally have some exposure to SAP as a Finance / ERP Programme
- Be experienced in analysing change training requirements and working closely with stakeholders
- Be able to define, deliver and assess the impact of communication
