Role Details

Location: London
Duration: 12 months contract
Outside IR35
£600 per day
3 days onsite in Central London
Required skills: Prosci / Adkar.

The Opportunity

This Public Sector body is undergoing significant change, implementing SAP as their main ERP system, integrating Finance and HR modules across the organization. They seek a Business Change specialist to facilitate the adoption of S/4 Hana for finance, purchasing, sales, environment, and health & safety functions. The role involves working closely with technical teams and business units to address the people aspect of the change program.

The Role

You will ensure positive change impacts, share best practices, and assist staff in adopting new systems, processes, and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Change Strategy
  • Engage stakeholders, address concerns, and process feedback
  • Develop the change network
  • Conduct Business Impact Assessments
  • Provide Change Coaching
  • Monitor Readiness
  • Mitigate Risks
The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Change / Transformation qualification (e.g., Prosci / Adkar)
  • Experience as a Change / Transformation Lead or Consultant, especially in Finance Transformation
  • Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Skills in analyzing training needs and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to define, deliver, and evaluate communication impact
