Job description

Thames Water is recruiting a Business Change Inventory Lead to work out of our Didcot Distribution Centre. The role emphasizes effective communication to ensure the impact of changes on the business is understood and managed successfully. You will oversee all aspects of Business Change Management to support the delivery of the Inventory Management programme.

Responsibilities of the Business Change Inventory Lead

1. Support the establishment and continuous improvement of Business Change Management standards.
2. Plan, develop, and implement business change activities for all stakeholders involved in the Programme.
3. Identify risks and issues related to business change management and propose mitigating actions to project leaders.
4. Serve as the main contact for business change communications and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
5. Develop detailed Business Change Management Plans, monitor progress, and report on outcomes, taking corrective actions as needed.
6. Advise teams on Business Change Management best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Business Change Management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in creating and monitoring detailed plans.
• A full UK Driving License is required.
