As a key member of the Commercial Operation team, this role is responsible for enabling the execution of strategic inventory objectives by leveraging data analytics to assess processes, determining requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to team leads, executives, and commercial stakeholders within the market or cluster.
In addition, it is responsible for the entire inbound supply chain from Node 1 to customers, consignment and loan optimization, and product allocation.
- Manage the Consignment and Supply team, overseeing the inbound supply chain from Node 1 to customers, including kit purchasing, daily inventory ordering, kit creation in SAP, deployments to customers, backorder management, and allocation requests, in collaboration with GCO team.
- Prepare and analyze analytics related to consignment, warehouse, and loaner inventory, providing recommendations on asset utilization and efficiency.
- Leverage existing PowerBI Dashboards to analyze brand rationalization impacts on inventory and sales.
- Collaborate with commercial operations, sales, and marketing teams to strategize on brand lifecycle management.
- Work with sales stakeholders to identify opportunities to redeploy inventory kits to more productive sales channels.
- Review and report on restricted stock, notify relevant stakeholders, and proactively resolve issues.
- Analyze inventory and E&O to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Administer inventory adjustments in SAP as needed.
- Use SAP, Power BI, Teams, and other Zimmer Biomet tools to develop and report KPIs related to inventory and instruments.
- Analyze departmental KPIs and develop new ones as necessary.
- Lead reviews of business processes and develop strategies for optimization.
- Support key projects with planning and performance monitoring.
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on Zimmer portfolio products across segments for informed decision-making.
- Participate in user acceptance testing when required.
- Contribute to building a robust backup structure for the CAPEX & Inventory Team.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or logistics within the medical device industry.
- Knowledge of management accounting, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
- Ability to motivate others without direct authority.
- Negotiation skills with internal teams and third parties.
- Proficiency with Excel, SFDC, SAP, and Business Warehouse.
- Familiarity with orthopaedic consignment management processes, including deployment, returns, and relocations.
