Job description

Our client is looking for a new Business Centre Manager based in Basingstoke. They have 80 sites across the UK.

Role Overview

This role will suit someone who is enthusiastic, professional, and driven, with excellent customer service skills.

1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business centre.
2. Line manager to the assistant manager and maintenance operations.
3. Reporting to the Regional Manager.
4. Dealing with new and existing customers and building good relationships.
5. Managing monthly billing, invoices, P&L, and sales with new customers during site viewings.
6. Occasionally overseeing other sites.
7. Good IT skills are advantageous.

Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 (Negotiable)
