Develop is seeking an experienced Continia Consultant to join its Professional Services team, delivering end-to-end implementations of Continia within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the UK. You will work with customers to capture requirements, configure document management, invoice processing and expense management, and lead workshops.

Based in Maidenhead or Newcastle with travel to customer sites, the role combines hands-on consultancy with training and go-live support,

I'm currently recruiting for a Continia Consultant to join the Professional Services team of a leading software provider specialising in the construction and house-building sectors.

Supporting over 3,000 businesses across the UK and Ireland, the company delivers specialist software solutions that help organisations improve financial management, streamline operations and automate key business processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ERP or finance systems consultant to work on end-to-end implementations, build strong customer relationships and develop their expertise across Continia and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will deliver Continia implementations, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and configure solutions that improve document management, invoice processing and expense management.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and configuring Continia solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Working across Continia Document Capture, Document Output, Document Delivery and Expense Management
• Gathering customer requirements and translating business needs into practical system solutions
• Configuring invoice processing, document distribution and approval workflows
• Leading customer workshops and process reviews
• Coordinating system testing, investigating issues and supporting resolution
• Delivering user training and supporting customers through changes to their business processes
• Preparing customers for go-live and ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations
• Working closely with Project Managers, developers and other consultants to deliver successful implementations
• Maintaining project documentation and ensuring high standards of consultancy delivery

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or finance/ERP software
• A good understanding of finance processes, particularly accounts payable, purchase-to-pay and purchase invoice processing
• Experience delivering software implementations from requirements gathering through to configuration, testing and go-live
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence engaging with customers, facilitating workshops and delivering training
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently within a wider project team
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK

Experience with Continia is highly desirable, particularly Document Capture, Document Output, Document Delivery or Expense Management. However, candidates with relevant experience in comparable document automation, invoice processing or expense management solutions will also be considered.
