Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is seeking a Business Booker Sales Supervisor to lead a small team and drive sales through the Business Booker platform. You will coach, motivate and develop your Executives while managing key customer relationships and opportunities to grow revenue.

You will monitor performance, provide feedback and capture learning to improve outcomes, negotiating contracts and closing agreements where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small sales team in hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive revenue via programs.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Booker Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and identify development opportunities.
