Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations and supervise service delivery on the floor, ensuring guests have memorable experiences.

You will work with the Head of Department to motivate the team, coach new colleagues, contribute ideas for events, and lead by example while upholding Leonardo standards.

This role includes ongoing training and clear progression paths within the Leonardo Hotels estate.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager to manage daily operations and supervise service delivery.
