Job Overview
Within the Compliance and Assurance team, you will be managing people and delivery as part of a wide programme of works of regulatory reporting assurance, providing oversight and ensuring Southern Water meets its non-financial obligations and Business Plan priorities.
As one of four collaborating Managers, you will share the lead, planning and delivery of non-financial programmes of assurance, utilising internal and external resources.

This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home. We are offering a salary of between £50-55,000 per annum depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
