Qualifications

Analysis and Assurance Manager

We're looking for an Analysis and Assurance Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, driving data integrity, and maintaining the highest standards of process governance across our business units.

The Role:

This is a highly analytical role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, insightful reports and ensuring that all supply chain activities meet internal policies and external regulatory standards. Your work will support key stakeholders by providing the clarity and assurance needed to make well-informed decisions.

Here are some of the activities you will get involved with

  • Produce and maintain clear, insightful reports on supply chain performance, compliance, and procurement trends.
  • Analyse data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Lead assurance activities including audits, inspections, and policy enforcement.
  • Support ERP system upgrades and improvements, including part categorisation and data structures.
  • Foster continuous improvement and compliance awareness across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on reporting and compliance goals.

We would love to hear from you if

You have a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You'll be comfortable working with ERP and P2P systems, as well as analytical tools such as Power BI, and will have a track record of using data to drive meaningful improvements.

You'll also bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can confidently present findings to senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. You are well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of delivering to deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Your experience includes at least five years in a supply chain analytics or compliance role, ideally within the utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors. You'll also have a solid understanding of supply chain processes, relevant regulations, and the importance of setting and maintaining data standards.
