Job summary

Dentro Talent Ltd is seeking a Business Architect for a Technology Transformation programme in Birmingham. The role is hybrid, paying £80-90k plus benefits and a bonus, on a fixed-term contract through March 2029.

You will own end-to-end business change design and guide a team of Business Analysts to define processes, operating models and training materials, collaborating with Training and Target Operating Model owners throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business architecture, operating model design or strategic change on large transformation programmes.
• Confident building target operating models, capability maps and future-state process designs.
• Experienced workshop facilitator who can align stakeholders to future ways of working.
• Able to simplify complex change and influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Designing the processes, training and operating model changes needed.
• Identifying opportunities to convert manual processes into straight-through processing.
• Designing from scratch where new functionality has no existing process.
