Boots UK is seeking a Lead Business Architect for Compensation Transformation to own and shape future-state compensation processes. You will lead design workshops, coordinate across Business Architects, Process Specialists, and SMEs, and drive readiness for testing and change management within the HRIS program.
The role requires strong expertise in Reward/Total Rewards and proven experience in large-scale business transformation, with a focus on stakeholder influence and process simplification.
Own the design of future-state Compensation and Reward processes liaising directly with the project lead. - Own and facilitate process design activities across the Compensation workstream. - Take accountability for design and process decisions, escalating material decisions as needed. - Conduct design workshops and decision-making sessions with stakeholders. - Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency. - Coordinate Business Architects, Process Specialists, and SMEs across assigned areas. - Oversee process documentation and ensure readiness for UAT and change management. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure integrated requirements across the HRIS program.
Strong knowledge of Reward / Total Rewards processes. - Significant experience in business architecture and HR transformation. - Proven track record in leading process design activities and workshops. - Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing decisions. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. It would be great if you also have - Experience with HRIS / HR technology implementations. - Familiarity with Compensation or Advanced Compensation solutions. - Previous experience in large-scale business transformation projects.
